- Experienced Bathroom Consultants:
- Our Bathroom Consultants are highly skilled in the art of bathroom design and renovation. They will listen to you, do an inspection of your bathroom and give you suggestions and creative solutions to solve your bathroom problems. Jeff Finck, Norman Kirchdorfer, Reed Heitman and Alec Morrison can help you with anything from a basic tub replacement to a designer bathroom and stay within your budget. They are also well-versed in accessible or special needs bathing which includes replacing a tub with a shower, a walk-in bathtub or a barrier-free shower.
- Order Editing:
- Your new bathroom order is reviewed meticulously by Jay Koehler to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. Jay has ten years of Re-Bath sales experience and has been one of the Top Five Re-Bath sales consultants in the country several times. He knows his stuff.
- Office Staff:
- Your calls and e-mails received during normal business hours will be returned promptly by Jo-Anne Quaranto, Cherie Thomas or John Horsley. If they don’t have the answer for you, they’ll find it, quickly. They are prompt, professional and passionate about serving their customers.
- Production Management:
- Wayne Shepard, who has 6 years of Re-Bath experience, and a lifetime of remodeling experience is our Production Manager. He is skilled in handling any situation that may arise to assure your job will go smoothly. For complicated jobs, he performs a Post Sale Inspection to confirm details before a job is started.
- Customer Service Manager:
- John Horsley will schedule your job as soon as all of your materials have arrived. He’ll call you to make sure we accommodate your schedule and any special needs you may have. He will assure the installer has adequate time to complete your job without cutting corners to save time. Quality is our priority. If you should ever need service after the installation, John will schedule a prompt appointment for you. John works hard to ensure your satisfaction even after your job is completed.
- Warehouse Management:
- Paul Mullins ensures that all of the materials for your job have arrived and are free from defects. He informs Wayne and John when your job is ready to schedule. All of your materials are posted on a checklist so the installer gets everything he will need for your job. Paul also keeps an inventory of our most popular systems just in case a customer needs a rush job. Installation materials are stocked so your job will not be delayed for lack of supplies.
- Installation Technicians:
- Jamie Armani, Michael Kalishek, Cory Tichenor, Roy Silverthorne, Ed Weadon, James Brennen, Robert Beavers, Gary Pelton, and Chris Popescu are our employees — not subcontractors. Together, our technicians have a combined 26 years experience working for Re-Bath. Not only are they skilled installation technicians but they are experts in customer care. They treat your home like it is their own. They work from a fully equipped trailer that has everything they might need to finish your job without constantly making trips to the store or warehouse. You’ll never worry about who will show up to do your installation.
- Follow-Up Survey:
- You will receive a follow-up survey when your job is complete. We ask about your experience with Re-Bath. This helps us understand areas where we can improve. These surveys are on display in our showroom. Many of our systems and policies were developed from the input of our customers. We are always eager to listen, learn and improve. The highest score we can get is a 5. Currently our company average is 4.89.
- Showroom / Products:
- Our showroom is located at 6570 Glenwood Ave. in Raleigh. We showcase 9 bath display vignettes. You can see exactly what the finished product will look like. We offer 6 replacement bathtub styles, 7 walk-in shower options, whirlpool tubs, walk-in tubs, and more bathroom remodeling products and options than any other bathroom remodeler. Our wall system, made of Dura Bath SSP, is an exclusive, state of the art, Solid Surface Polymer (stronger than acrylic). It looks better than tile and is grout free and easy to clean.
Our Corporate name is Koehler Partners, Inc. We are a North Carolina licensed contractor (Lic. #63652) and we have a North Carolina plumbing license (Lic.# 15816). We are fully insured (liability and workmen’s compensation) and our employees are bonded through Robins and Weill in Greensboro, NC.
